Rating: - * In Gel pack We Trust ... This is a great little device--it provides cold and compression, and allows you to move around while recovering. I had a labrum repair followed by frozen shoulder, and icing is a must for comfort and sanity. I believe this is the least expensive such product with free shipping on Amazon, and it works great to boot. Makes frozen peas look like poop. For knee icing, CVS type stores offer a nice wrappable ice pack, but they don't really have good shoulder contraptions. Rating: - * Awesome shoulder wrap ... I tell you this is the best product I have purchased for my shoulder. It really does work. I use it 2 times a day at work. It helps to releave the swelling and pain in my shoulder.. I use it on both my morning break and afternoon break then in the evening before bed I use it again. I keep it on for 10 minutes each time. I like it better than the ice pack they use at the therapy place I go to. I would definately recomend this product to everyone who had had shoulder surgery.. I give this product 2 thumbs up.. :) I even told my surgeon about this product and also told him where to find it.. :) Rating:  - * Shoulder wrap ... Good item to ice down the shoulder after exertion without having to sit in one place for the cooldown, just to keep the ice or coldpack from slipping off. Just strap it on the shoulder and away you go. Rating: - * Very happy with this product. ... I developed soreness in my shoulder after playing tennis 2-4 times per week for the past year. My physical therapist told me that among other things, icing the shoulder after playing would be a good idea. I purchased this item and got in the habit of placing it onto my shoulder (along with a similar item on my elbow!) immediately after playing, for the 20 minute drive home. Since doing this, my shoulder has gotten significantly better. It doesn't fit as perfectly as the elbow wrap that I got so I'm giving this four instead of five stars. However, that may be typical for the shoulder which I believe to be more difficult to really wrap, and keep wrapped 100%. I'm quite happy with this product. Rating: - * A keeper ...
