Rating:  - * Recieved wrong color & no reply ... I ordered six different colors of these bands, four of each color, including the royal blue seen here. When I opened the box there were baby blue bands and no royal blue bands. I contacted the company at the email address included in the packaging to ask them about the substitution three times over the course of two weeks and never received a reply. The colors of the bands were extremely important as they were designating teams in a sporting event and I included that information in my email. No reply. I guess I can't really say that the customer service is horrible since I received absolutely no service. Be careful when ordering specific colors of this product as you may get a subsitution without explanation or notice. Rating:  - * Great fabric ... Quick service. The fabric is great. I wish it was a little skinnier, but it's great quality! |
