Rating:  - * great product! ... Great Product. All the reviews you read about are true you do get up an extra 2 inches at least, but you must have an explosive jump. Rating: - * seems to work ... bought this for my brother. he runs the 400m in high school track and since he started using springbak his times have improved and he says he is less tired after the race... guess it works Rating: - * awesome for volleyball players ... I bought these for my daughter, she playes volleyball for Long Beach State, in fact the entire team wears the Springbak Springsoles since I have recommended them to the trainers. I did not tell her I secretly put the Springbak's in her Mizuno shoes. She had an awesome game, most blocks ever for her, and I noticed she was serving and spiking much harder. I told her about the Springbak's after the match, she was amazed. She reported less shin splint problems and just less fatigues. She was getting 2to3 extra innches on her verticle jumps, which explaines all the blocks for her. We are extreemly happy with Springbak Springsoles and will recommend them to all our volleyball contacts across the nation. Rating: - * Great for runners. ... First thing I noticed were my shoes coming off the track surface much faster with the Springbak's. You can feel the bounce immediately. They seem to increase my stride length as well as eliminate my shin splint problems which I have had for years. I am not sure about the increased vertical, but they give you much more balance and stability. Very happy with them, will definetly tell my team about the advantage I have gotten with Springbak Springsoles. Rating:  - * Go for it if you want ... I am a competitive volleyball player who has played for several years, and I just got these Speedsoles to try them out. - They are very thin - you won't notice them much after you've put them in your shoes. - They DO help you, just not by a lot. I think they gave me an extra inch or two of vertical jump. Don't believe the guy below who said that wearing the Speedsoles allowed him to dunk when he was only to touch rim before. That's a bunch of nonsense. The advertising also over-emphasizes the Speedsoles as some miracle equipment. The Bottom Line: Get them if you want, but don't get your hopes up too high - they do help, but not by much. |
